the rental rate includes all costs (power, water, free wifi, linen, final cleaning)
the rental rate doesn’t include:
€ 1000 refundable deposit (for accidental damages) to be paid at your arrival
any other extra services requested directly to the owner
From october 1st to May 15th the heating cost is excluded (150 € per day).
Payment conditions:
- 30% advance payment at booking
- 40% second payment (60 days within the arrival date)
- 30% balance in 14 days before arrival
- tourist tax to be paid at arrival
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refundable for cancellation within 60 days before arrival
- 50% refundable for cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival
- Non-refundable cancellation after 30 days before arrival
